- What if I need to move my appointment?
- Reschedule once at no cost, whenever you need to — reply to your confirmation text or give us a call.
- Why does same-day cost more?
- We keep one slot open every day for urgent work, which means turning down planned bookings for it. The $75 priority fee pays for that slot. Book more than 24 hours ahead and you never pay it.
- Is there any benefit to booking early?
- Yes. Two weeks or more ahead and you pick your arrival time, in a 2-hour window instead of the usual 3.
- What's the difference between a scan and a diagnostic?
- A $89 Full System Scan reads every module the scanner can reach and tells you what the car is reporting. The $99.99 diagnostic finds out why — testing, not just codes — and comes with a repair plan and price. If something is actually broken, you want the diagnostic.
- Do you come to me?
- Yes. OTRAM is a mobile mechanic — a licensed technician comes to your location across North County St. Louis to diagnose and service your vehicle.

- Can I book outside your business hours?
- Yes. Online booking is open around the clock — nights, weekends, whenever. Appointments arrive in a morning, midday, or afternoon window Monday through Friday, plus inspection-only mornings on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, and we take a limited number of jobs each day.
- Why pay for a diagnostic instead of a free quote?
- A free quote over the phone is a guess. The $99.99 mobile diagnostic is a licensed technician at your vehicle, on the clock, finding the actual cause — and if you approve the repair, half of that fee comes straight off your labor bill.
- The seller says the car was already inspected. Do I still need one?
- An inspection arranged by the person selling the car works for the seller. We're hired by you, we have nothing to gain from the sale going through, and you get the written report with photos — not them.
- Can I get advice without an in-person visit?
- Yes. Consultant Advisor sessions are delivered by video, phone, or text and start at $35 — including a second opinion on a repair quote or invoice.
