On The Road Again Mobile Mechanic LLC provides mobile auto repair in North County St. Louis, remote advisor sessions available nationwide, and pre-purchase vehicle inspections across the St. Louis, Missouri metro area. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and site visitors, how we use it, and your choices — including for our SMS text messaging program.

When you contact us by phone, text, or our booking form, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your vehicle's year, make, and model
• A description of the issue or service requested
• Your service location or ZIP code
• Photos, videos, or documents you choose to send us (for diagnostics or estimate reviews)
• Payment information, handled directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details

We use this information only to:

• Schedule, confirm, and deliver the service you requested
• Communicate with you about your appointment — arrival windows, confirmations, and reminders
• Follow up after service (for example, a warranty reminder or a review request)
• Respond to questions you send us
• Keep basic business records, such as service history for your vehicle

You may receive text messages from us related to your service request — appointment scheduling, confirmations, arrival-window updates, service reminders, and review requests — only if you opted in: either by texting our business number yourself, or by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms. The checkbox is unchecked by default and never required to submit a form. Marketing texts (occasional service specials) use a separate, optional checkbox. We never add anyone to text messaging without their own action. Message frequency varies by engagement; a typical service request involves a handful of messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use Stripe to process payments, and a secure database (hosted by Supabase) to store your booking and the details you submit through our booking form. If you opt in to text messaging, your messages are handled by our SMS provider. These providers process your information only to help us deliver the service you requested — they do not receive your information for their own marketing purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels on otrambooking.com. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance; these do not identify you for marketing purposes. Our checkout provider (Stripe) sets its own cookies on its payment pages, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

All traffic to our site is encrypted with HTTPS. The details you submit are stored in an access-controlled database (Supabase) reachable only with server-side credentials; the site itself never exposes them publicly. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by us. Access to customer records is limited to the business owner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we follow these practices to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your data.

We keep customer and service records for as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us using the details below, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
