• Payment information, handled directly by Square — we do not store your card details

• Schedule, confirm, and deliver the service you requested

• Follow up after service (for example, a warranty reminder or a review request)
• Respond to questions you send us
• Keep basic business records, such as service history for your vehicle

If you text our business number, you may receive text messages from us related to your service request — appointment scheduling, confirmations, arrival-window updates, service reminders, and review requests. We only text customers who first text us; we never add anyone to text messaging without their own action. We use Square to process payments and manage your booking and scheduling, and a secure database (hosted by Supabase) to store the details you submit through our booking form. If you opt in to text messaging, your messages are handled by our SMS provider. These providers process your information only to help us deliver the service you requested — they do not receive your information for their own marketing purposes.

We keep customer and service records for as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us using the details below, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
