OTRAM provides mobile automotive diagnostic and repair service in North County St. Louis, remote advisor consultations available nationwide, and pre-purchase vehicle inspections across the St. Louis, Missouri metro area, booked by phone, text, or through our website at otrambooking.com. Pricing for each service is published on our booking page and confirmed before work begins. A diagnostic fee applies to in-person visits; 50% credits toward labor if you approve the repair.

Because we travel between jobs, appointments are booked as arrival windows rather than exact times. We'll keep you updated as your appointment approaches. Availability is limited to protect service quality — if no in-person slot is open, we may suggest a remote advisor session instead.

This section governs text messages you receive from OTRAM's business number.

How you opt in: by texting our business number directly. We only message customers who first text us, and we do not add anyone to this program without their own action.

What you'll receive: appointment scheduling questions, booking confirmations, arrival-window updates, service reminders (such as a labor warranty reminder), and — only with your separate opt-in — review requests and occasional check-ins about your vehicle. We do not send marketing messages on behalf of third parties.

Message frequency varies and is tied to your own service activity — typically a handful of messages around a booking, and occasional messages afterward.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Payments are processed securely through Square. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. Refund and cancellation requests are handled case by case — contact us directly.

Repairs include a 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty, and a lifetime warranty on qualifying parts, per the terms provided at the time of service.
